It's never too late to start your fitness journey.
At the age 40 I wanted to show you that If I can do it so can you.
After losing 30kg, going from a size 18 to a size 8 and finally finding myself a lot more happier, I studied my Level 2 Exercise to Music, Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer Diploma.
As a mother juggling the work life balance, I want to help other women like me who are facing similar challenges as I am. Giving that 100% which will benefit you and other aspects of your life.
Seeing you accomplish physical results as well as retraining the mind with a positive mindset will be my success.
